I started investing in 2020, in the recovery after the COVID crash, and I've been figuring it out as I go. My problem was never a shortage of opinions. It was patience. I'd jump into a stock before I'd really done the homework, then second-guess myself and sell.
Over time I realized there's no one magic metric or rule that makes you a successful investor. I started making better decisions once it clicked that the way forward was casting the broadest net possible: gathering everything and assembling it into one verdict. Every metric tells a story, and the big picture only shows up when they're all in one place.
So I built Investa-Gate to solve that problem, for myself and hopefully for others. It puts all that information in one place and scores the company on three questions: can it survive, is it growing, and is the price fair. Everything it shows traces back to a source, and anything that doesn't hold up gets left out instead of guessed at.
My blog posts are my take on whatever's trending that week, written with the assistance of AI. We live in an era where AI is the ultimate information-gathering tool, so I use it to pull the full picture together, then add my own read. When the topic is a stock, I run it through the model and share what it found.
